The efficacy of the "custom-made" is directly associated with and adequate evaluation of the nutritive needs of farming. Depending on their nature and phonologic state, and on the particular conditions in which they grow (determined by some processes between which we can include analysis of vegetal material, farming lands and irrigation water), we can reach an approximated knowledge of the fertilization needs, in order to optimise its development in each moment. Once that needs are established, a plan of fertilization to provide the plants with the required nutrients in the precise and equilibrated quantity is elaborated. In that context, the demand of "custom-made" fertilizers is created has its origin, it is to say, those ones whose composition and characteristics correspond to the agronomic requirements for cultivation.
By adopting that innovative technique for fertilizing, and by making the nutritional provisions in keeping with the farming needs, the environmental impact derived from an inadequate, even excessive, use of fertilizers is enormously reduced, and the economic performance of exploitation is also optimised.
Nowadays, "custom-made" fertilization can be carried out across every system or method of fertilization and irrigation that exist, from the irrigation and fertilizing traditional methods, including the modern application equipments for extensive farming, until the most sophisticated techniques of localized irrigation and hydroponics. In fact, we can custom-make blending compounds for traditional and extensive farming, soluble crystallines and clear liquid fertilizers, which adequate characteristics for its application in extensive farming (land application, spraying…), trickle irrigation, hydroponics or foliar fertilization.
There are a lot of characteristics, which must be considered in the development of those products to tight them to the concrete needs of the farming. In that sense, there are a few general aspects to be considered, whatever it is the kind of fertilizer, like the NPK balance, the distribution of the forms of nitrogen (ammoniacal, nitric, urea nitrogen and controlled liberation), the presence of secondary elements (calcium, magnesium, or sulphur) or microelements (iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron and molybdenum), the limitations in the content of chlorides and sulphates, the incorporation of complexings and chelatings, etc., and other particular aspects associated with the own nature of the product like, for instance, in the case of liquid fertilizers, the pH, the acidifying capacity or the resistance to the cold crystallisation.
All those characteristics must be determined according to the farming needs and the kind of exploitation, and they conform the departure information for designing those products and after, producing them. |
When we offer a "custom-made" fertilizer, we aren´t offering a previously designed fertilizer, but the possibility of designing and producing the one that better goes with the requirements of a concrete agricultural exploitation.
Our service includes:
-
liquids for foliar application to the land, directly or by fertirrigation
-
blending solids for traditional irrigation and background fertilization
-
crystalline solids for fertirrigation
-
Guarantee of Quality, based on a rigorous control of the fabrication process and the final product.
-
Fabrication of a limited quantity of product, according to the clients´ needs. The versatility of our new systems of production avoids that the use of "custom-made" fertilizers is/be restricted to the great exploitations with high consumption, by allowing that the farmers who have a smaller cultivation surface can also adopt that fertilization system.
-
Maximum speed. We count on the technical capacity and adequate infrastructure to reduce to the minimum the time required for completing the process, from the product design to the expedition to the client.
